The Ordinary’s Natural Moisturizing Factors + HA is a hydrating formula with amino acids, dermal lipids, and hyaluronic acid. Natural Moisturizing Factors (NMF) are elements that keep the outer layer of the skin protected and well-hydrated. NMF are made up of multiple amino acids, fatty acids, triglycerides, urea, ceramides, phospholipids, glycerine, saccharides, sodium PCA, hyaluronic acid and many other compounds that are naturally present in the skin. This formula offers non-greasy hydration that acts as a direct topical supplement of impaired NMF components. It contains 11 amino acids, phospholipids, alpha/beta/gamma fatty acids, triglycerides, sterols and sterol esters, glycerine, ceramide precursors, urea, saccharides, sodium PCA and hyaluronic acid.
- Apply a small amount of the product onto a clean area of skin on the upper forearm.
- Keep the area dry.
- If the product has a specified duration of use, rinse off after this time has elapsed. Otherwise rinse off after 24 hours.
- If any redness, burning, itching, blistering or irritation is observed at any time throughout the test, do not use the product.
Apply The Ordinary Natural Moisturising Factors + HA in the moisturising stage, directly after cleansing with Squalane Cleanser and using serums such as Hyaluronic Acid 2% + B5. Apply both morning and night after serums to immediately hydrate the skin and for lasting results with continued use. If irritation occurs, stop use immediately. Use only as directed on unbroken skin. It’s advisable to patch test before use.
